Whats wrong with my PM ability?

Hi there, all of a sudden I can't PM anymore.

I can receive but not send. My combined total is nowhere near its maximum.

How do I fix this?

I can't PM either, hit go advanced or reply and it shows page not available after it times out.

Everything else works fine expect for PM.

Been going on since yesterday.
