What's wrong with this knife????

The tang stamp has been obliterated by Schrade as it was deemed a 'Second' when factory made....Gee that seller must have missed actually calling it a Schrade 'Second', duhhh......could be for any number of reasons however I have had a 5OT previously from a Schrade Gift Pack and it would not open smoothly when the lock was pushed all the way down, nor close smoothly without force once opened......left it out permanently and put in my fishing tackle box....
If that seller said 'Good Day' I would instinctively reach for my umbrella....he issues Last Production Run Certificates for knives that hadn't been made for 20 years and supposedly was made in the final days of 2004.....he sells chinese pakkawood handles with chinese brass cross guards and rivets and chinese sheaths as collector items with Schrade box because a blade from the 'binned' blade barrels at factory closure has Schrade USA tang stamping and states they are genuine Ellenville made knife sets.....I don't mind sellers selling crapp knives so long as they don't mis-describe to obtain a sale....I personally wouldn't have any dealings with him under any circumstances...but I am banned by him anyway because I had the temerity to state the obvious to him.....Hoo Roo

The knife For Sale is a 2003 or 2004 “poorly assembled and unfinished second* Schrade SDU50”
It is missing the "Duck and Year blade etch" and the "Duck shield".
The Schrade* factory have ground off the “Schrade+” blade stamp, making it a second.
I will post a photo of my 2003 and/or 2004 SDU50 knives if anyone is interested.
As for the Last Production certificates, I have a book of 100 sent to me by a friend in the U.S.A.

These knives came in a white box, with the SHEATH and paperwork.
The price for a mint SDU50 would be about the same as that asking price.

They also came in a set like this:
