What's your EDC knife?

I was just wondering what you knife makers carry everyday. Is it a knife that you made for yourself? A prototype maybe? Or is it a custom from another maker? Something factory perhaps?

Thanks

I carry a buck 110 atleast for the past 8 years. I cant have a fixed blade and its gotta be less then 3 inch blade where I work and the environment is pretty rough so no point in a really pricey knife. Its been dependable and I got it new for about 40 bucks so cant complain. If I could carry a fixed blade I would carry one of my own, maybe some day.

Luckily for me, my work environment and the city/state I live in are friendly to moderately-sized fixed blades. I EDC one of my own prototypes. There's no better way to determine how much you like the steel, HT, geometry etc than to use a knife often and for as many different tasks as is practical. There are some minor tweaks that this model will get in the future, but overall I'm very happy with it.

OAL. 8 Inch. D2 steel 3/16 tapered blade ,mirrored finish ,60- 61 RW hard.. Orange G10 scales [for easy find in snow or woods].. Hollow ground blade xx SHARP.3.75 blade. Full four finger grip.. Pouch sheath .. Makes for a nice worker ,hunter knife.. Self made. Love it.....Thats actually how I started making knives ,,Looking for the right styles for my own needs..And have been building them ever since..

I used to carry a $350 Fallkniven folder.. great knife but a bit on the heavy side.. One day I got tired of my pants falling down and got a cheap sanrenmu hollow ground folder in 12c27 on sale for $8.. its better than most of the higher end folders I've carried, and really no complaints if I lose it, except that I'd miss it. Doesn't hold an edge quite as well as the Fallkniven of course, but it's still quite respectable.

I used one of the G10 Stinger kits from knifekits.com for a while. Cheap, basic, functional as a slicing tool. I recently upgraded to a Cryo since it's almost the exact definition of my ideal EDC folder. I'd love a Hinderer real one, but can't remotely afford it and this does the job. Unfortunately, my area and job description is not favorable to fixed blades so I don't carry anything of m own daily. I do use some at home on a regular basis though.

Before the Stinger I was using a CS Voyager medium with a tanto point. That replaced a Benchmade 350 I lost. :( I'd had the CS for a long time, the 350 actually had replaced it previously. I like more compact and thin EDC's

spiderco endura and Falkniven F1 at work, and Pink D2 dozier design Kabar folder on my off time... Dont make fun of the pink, it keeps people from stealing it, and it got me out of jail once ;)

Since I started making, I've carried one of my own fixed-blades. 3" is the legal limit in my state when out and about.
I've all but stopped carrying a folder, tho I want to make my own so I can start again.

Everything on the bottom row is in my EDC rotation, all mine, all 3" or under:
