What's your favorite cookie????

Well, last night I decided to make peanut butter and white chocolate cake balls. They are filled with nutter butter cookies crushed up with philadelphia cream cheese...... :D They disappeared so fast, I didn't get a chance to try one. I'm assuming they were good, considering they were gone in half time it took to make them. I can make these with any kind of cookie there is, But I need help figuring out which ones I should try next. What kind of cookie do you suggest I use for my next batch?

Maple and crispy bacon flakes.

Maybe that's overdone. Substitute maple with cheddar cheese? And use a stout dough?

Either way, go chunky, not crispy!
 
Just keep making that same flavor until I am sick of it, then I will let you know my idea for the next one. Maybe just increase the size of them to be a basketball instead of the golf ball size. :D That sounds dreamy. :)
 
Pokey makes delicious cookies:):) I am sorry that I can not eat them (Stupid Allergies) but it makes everyone at work so happy when she brings them :):)
 
The old fashion Chocolate Chip I guess is my favorite, with Oatmeal/Raisin a close 2nd.
 
Well, I am biased towards my own cookies, but my favorite of those are Chocolate chunk with pecans!
 
My wife makes a chocolate and butterscotch chip cookie that is very chewy. Much to her disapproval and making her hide them from me, I have named them "Crack Cookies".

Melting Snowman Cookie Balls

You will need:

1-8 oz package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
27 Nutter Butter Cookies ( 3 Cups)
2- Boxes of Bakers White Chocolate
1- Bag of Mini Oreo's
3- 8 piece packages of Rolos
Any Flavor Frosting you would like

Make hats =)

1) Lay 24 oreos on wax paper, cover the top of the cookie with frosting. ( just a thin layer, so the Rolo stays on)
2) Put a Rolo on each oreo, put off to the side for later.

Make Cookie Balls

1) Crush up 27 Nutter Butter Cookies into a very fine consistency.
2) Add 8 oz package of Cream cheese
3) Make sure it is well blended
4) Roll the batter into 1" cookie Balls, place on wax paper and refrigerate until your ready for them

Melt Chocolate
Cook on low heat

1) Break up 2 boxes of Bakers white chocolate, cut chocolate into little pieces so it doesn't burn. This would be a great time to break out your favorite Busse =)
2)When the chocolate is almost melted, add 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter.
3) Make sure it is all melted, and take off burner.
4) Take the cookie balls one at a time, and roll them in the chocolate ( I used a spoon because you want a little extra chocolate)
4) Put the cookie ball on wax paper, and make sure there is chocolate pooling around the cookie ball. ( You want it to look like its melting =)
5) Add your Rolo Hat, and you can use decorating frosting to put a face on it if you would like =) Refridgerate and Enjoy!
