For me id would have to be the Junglas, great chopper, kind of an upgraded RTAKII, just curious on some of the forum members opinions! :D

Lite Machete. :D Followed by a tie between the 3 and the 6.

The only one I have.

3! I just love that little knife. It's probably one of my most used fixed blades, I've got an old RAT-3 in D2 that's been all over South America with me.

the 3 becuase that is the only one i have... hoping to get a 6 to accompany it

I've had the RC and ESEE 3's, 4's, a 5, a 6. I currently have a lite machete and a Junglas. The Junglas is my favorite. I was surprised that it could get good shavings, and love it as a chopper. All around great tool. The machete is pretty good also.

For what it is worth...After hours of internet research I ordered a Esee 3mil with (custom Orange G10 scales) as my first fixed blade knife for camping and backpacking. I can't wait to give this knife a try!

The RC 4 for sure. Its light, ergonomic, can chop when needed, can baton when needed, and very capably for its size. I may invest in the six in the future but im not sure.

You will not at all be sorry. The 3 is proably the best selling model they have due to the fact its better than any other offering in its size class. No other company makes a knife that compares to the 3 (3-4 inch blades). They are super tough, easy to use (very nimble and balanced in the hand), and the mil comes with molle locks and a molle back so you can pretty much carry it anyway you can possibly think of.

I like the Izula myself. Mostly due to it's EDC worthy nature. It's very light and features some of the best 1095 I've had.

As much as I love all the ones that I have (a 3, two 4s, two 5s, and one 6), I would prolly say the 4 is the most versatile. That being said, I could get rid of my 4s before I would get rid of my 5s. I love the sturdiness of that knife.
Good thread,
John

I own an Izula 2 and a 3. Im gonna have to go with the Izula, simply because I carry it every single day. Now when the Izula folder comes out, I might change my mind.

I EDC the 4 every day. It holds up to the crap I make it do, it is small enough to carry easily and comfortably on my belt, and large enough so that it's no joke of a fixed blade.
