What's your favorite folder for around $100?

I'm trying to collect and use the best "bang for the buck" folders in the around $100 price range (street price). I just want to use them all for a while and decide on which one I like best.

So far I have tried these out:

Emerson P-Sark, Commander & Mach 1
Al Mar Sere 2K
Spyderco Chinook, Military, Wegner & Starmate
Buck Strider
MT Socom & LCC (a little over $100...)
BM 710 & AFCK

Anybody got a suggestion to try next?

BM 941
Camillus Cuda Maxx ($130 @ 1sks)

You covered pretty much everything...

BM 800S, cammillus cuda maxx, lotsa neat stuff for the $$ on the for sale forum, wow, where to start??????

Spyderco StarMate, now sadly discontinued
Spyderco Chinook
Spyderco Li'l Temperance tied with Spyderco BF Blue Native w/ G-10 scales and CPM440V blade
Spyderco Salsa tied with BenchMade 770 Gentleman's Pocketknife
Spyderco Lum Chinese tied with BenchMade 921 Switchback

BM806D2....$109.00
BM943.....$134.00
Blade Tech Pro Hunter....$110.00

Haven't received the Pro Hunter yet but it should be here today or tomorrow. I'm sure I will love it. If I had to choose just one it would be the 943...I carry it almost everyday. That damn knife is a laser!

Stainless, fully-serrated (VG-10) Spyderco Police model...That's MY favorite at any price.:).

I have two favorites around that price:
The Spyderco G-10 Police (and excellent slicer with a very fine tip).
The Benchmade 722 Pardue (one tough bulldog of a knife).

Good luck,
Allen.

Around that price range my favorites are:

-Al Mar Sere 2000
-Al Mar Shrike
-Al Mar Osprey
-Benchmade 921
-Benchmade 310
-Delta Z Maple Osprey
-Emerson CQC-7
-Greco Griffen
-Microtech Mini Socom

-Microtech Mini UDT

(Some are a tiny bit over, some under:))

My favorites:

Spyderco Gunting
Spyderco Lil Temperance
Spyderco Wegner (Now the Blade-Tech Pro-Hunter)
Emerson Mini-Commander
Emerson CQC7 Wave
Benchmade 710

The small benchmade butterfly, Model 30, with clip, titanium handles, 440C weehawk blade, can be gotten for about $90. Light, disappears in the pocket, good steel that will hold up if you drop the knife on concrete or cut apples etc. Try something different, that you can flick and play with.

as no one else has i will mention the Fallkniven MOD P. Excellent knife for the money and until my Dominator turns up its my favourite folder...

The collection I started was the same way in the beginning. So far I see some great knives posted here.

-A.G.Russell Origonal one hand opener K-85 (classy)
-A.G.Russell Damascus lock back (classy)
-Laguiole friction folder (classy)
-Spyderco Rookey (classy with a clip)
-BM Axis TSEK AFCK
-Emerson CQC-7 (nice mid sized all rounder)
-GT
-EDI Genesis (big)
-REKAT Carnivore (they are still available new if you look)(Big)
-Greco Falcon (STRONG AS AN OX AND JUST AS PRETTY!)
-BM 42,43 Balisong, illigal in some places
:grumpy:

The quest for the ultimate knife continues:D

Wow, thanks for all the suggestions guys! Looks like I still have quite a few to get ahold of. I knew I had overlooked a few great ones. Keep 'em coming - I'm making a "must have" list...

There are many excellent knives at this price range, it’s hard to mention them all. however in my honest opinion BENCHMADE Griptilian - no matter 550 or 551, what you do like better – is one of the very best buys at this price range and all around.
