What's your favorite grind?

Hello all,

Just wondering what everyone's favorite grind here was.

Personally, I am an incredible fan of the full flat grind.

My guess is a huge majority here will say convex :)
 
i perfer a fine grind, so the taste is more consistent. course ground is more an expresso thing.
 
The old "Zero Grind" flat to convex edge.

I've got an SH-E like that and of course, the AfterShock Bolo, sharpest rugedest edge to come out of Wauseon IMO.
 
Zero edge, full flat, distal taper.

On a chopper I'll go for a regular full flat without the distal taper or zero edge.
 
convex with v-edge ! nice too look, strong and easy to sharpen - even if all you have is a small stone
 
Real Italian. None of that Subway "half-hearted Americanized" Italian.

Oh, GRIND. I thought you said Grinder.

Not too much onions, minimal hots, lots of pickles. Dangit. Now I'm hungry!
 
Saber, flat, zero edge,

even the hollow on my SLUT Duty.

I like them all, even scandi in moderation.

But, I like zero edge and saber
 
I like the sabre and full height grind equally, with a convex edge:cool::thumbup:
 
Convex edge regardless of grind. I find it's the finish I consistently get the sharpest and have the easiest time maintaining in the field.
