While it may be a sin to covet your neighbor's wife, I don't think it's a sin to covet your neighbor's knife!

I know I love to see pics of John's creations before they are shipped out and, while I like them all, there have been a few that I would especially love to have.

For me, Andy's recent snakewood-handled version of Mack's big slicer was just awesome! Jeff's original Pocket Muk had me emailing John for a copy almost immediately! The R #9 is very cool. The folders, the hawks, just wow!

I guess this question is harder than I thought!

A hunter that I've drooled over for years, just can't justify it. The new combat one is pretty nice too. And a riverwoods companion...

I'll have to go with a Hudson Bay and a Riverwoods Companion. Acually Top choice would be a knife with a combination of features. John's "New Hiker handle with a 4 1/4 inch blade profile simialr to the Riverwoods companion. WOW I do love the Hudson Bay though!

Knatchet for me. I really love the originality of the design and think it looks pretty cool. I also really like the knife in jk's new avatar...

Good one. and, great question. i also love to look at the pics when the models sell.

my answer would be the Potawatomi (i ordered that one). my other two that i am slightly infatuated with are the riverwoods companion and i have to say i really want to check out the Semi Wharncliff EDC. Oh, oh...and i really like the canadian belt knife!

The Potawatomi, Riverwoods Companion and Nessmuk. And a hatchet or hawk. I can't decide which of those I like best though.

I have yet to see one of John's knives that I didn't covet to some point.

Topping my list of knives, not owned or ordered, would be..

The Trapper made for Midwestdave (I think it is his knife). I'd love to have one with Walnut handles.

RN9 - with ebony handles.

The Cutlass - with Walnut handles.

I'd also like to have John make me a carving knife at some point. I'd probably go with something really close to the Mora (dedicated carving knife) - thin, very short blade and a nice fat handle (probably Walnut).

And I'd love another Kephart - this time with Orange G10 handles.

Oh, and another JKCBK - brass pins and Walnut..

and...

and...

and...

Crackheads have nothing on my addiction...

Exactly, though the Pocket Muk & Riverwoods Companion were two of the first that caught my attention.
And the EWOK!

I want to have my own design made, but can't pin it down & John has sooooooo many great knives(past & present)I fear I never will,
but have been thinking about one of my most used knives......a kitchen knife.
Yeah, that's the ticket,a dedicated kitchen knife.

Unfortunately i don't own a JK knife yet, however my favorite at the moment is the nessmuk I'm waiting for, followed by the Kephart, the pocket muck, camp & trail, the riverwoods companion and...

phew, in no particula order the ones I' drooling over

- Riverwoods companion

Hi Sean -

OK, after searching the JK forum some, I will amend my don't have, but NEED to have soon, the Roach Belly, or the Roach belly Lite. Just saw some photos, and love the long curve of that blade! I bet it really cuts well.
