Right now I carry those little a g russell nail clippers and they are quite useful. I've got my eye on the kershaw two can and the a g russell feild tweezers.
 
My favorite pocket gadget has to be the Swiss-tech "Swiss tool". Small pliers and two different sizes of philips and flat screwdriver. Locks onto my key ring and comes in handy for lots of small odd things. Been carrying that since they first came out with them. -Matt-
 
In order of handiest on down (they're all handy), a photon microlight, uncle bill's sliver grippers, p38, and a veritas pocket screwdriver.
 
I've got a streamlight keymate, and an Atwood Mini Son of a Prything and they both come in real handy.

But not one of them is a grooming tool.
 
I like my Leatherman Squirt S4(scissors)
But I also carry a Swiss-tech Utilikey and the Streamlight Key Mate (great little flashlight--it has shown me the light many a time)

I made this from a Vaughn mini prybar, copied a Victorinox combo tool to grind in one end. Very practical, goes everywhere with me.

Toolmate bottle opener that I chained to a Spyderco Ladybug. I call it the Lagerman Multi-tool.
 
No personal grooming accessories, although I'm never far from a nail clipper, but its a toss up between my bottle opener (very useful in beer emergencies) and my miniphoton light which shines enough light to walk down a path in the dark without tripping.
 
My favorite ( Gadget ) has to be my USB 2 gig flash drive, back ups all my data daily plus I keep a bunch of anti virus and spyware removal programs on it. Handy when someone's computer goes down and can not access net to get help.
