Most of us know that the Spyderco kit rocks. What about a COMFORTABLY pocket-sized gadget? Do you prefer a flat surface or a cylindrical gizmo? Thanks!

Spyderco also makes a pocket sharpener. It's called the Doublestuff. It has a fine and a medium stone sandwiched together.

The Gatco Tri-Seps is real handy with both flat and radiused surfaces for serrated edges.

I have to second the Gatco Tri seps, though I took the rubber ends off of mine because they got in the way of sharpening for me.

I carry a small, folding red DMT diamond stone. This one is the "fine" one, and works well in most cases. I hardly notice it in my pocket.

whenever I'm at work or have cargo pants on I use a douplestuff. I keep it in it's leather sheath and then put that in one of those small teflon cloth bags that come with good sunglasses. that way I can use the cloth to polish the blade if I get fingerprints on it. the doublestuff is a good sharpener
