My latest ear-worm is "Pirates" by E.L.P., which has been stuck in my head for about two weeks now. I've known about it for a long time now but only recently have I learned the lyrics, and by God, they're easily among the most poetic I've ever heard.

I love, love, love Gentle Giant and have recently found an hour-long concert of theirs on YouTube. IMMD. Finding out that one of my closer adult friends shares my love for Camel was a nice treat as well.

Awesome music that, reputedly, is even more awesome with drugs. Discuss and post videos.

Their lyrics can be inane sometimes ("I'm in a freefall, like a snowflake falling / Down, down, down, down, down" from the song "Freefall") but their style is, to my knowledge, unprecedented and without successor.

For a really long time my dad was trying to get me into King Crimson. All but one of the songs I tried were slow/nostalgic/sad so I did not give them much thought, since I'm not in the mood for that sort very often. (Agreed with the above post.) Then I found Red and Discipline. They've really grown on me since then.

70's Genesis with Peter Gabriel.
"Supper's Ready" off the "Foxtrot" album is an amazing song. Over the years, that song has never gotten "old" to me.

Jimi Hendrix, Progressive Rock of it's day.

I usually dig Dream Theater. Love the old and the new. I am a big fan of Mike Portnoy. His new band Flying Colors is also Prog Rock. Its worth a listen.
