I have a few but my favorite is the Tops little Bowie. I am a huge fan of these knives, because in my state I can carry them and I love the durability of 1095 and some of these other fixed blade steels. I completely reprofiled a Esee Izula to have a semi mirror polished - convex edge and nothing else can come near it in a leather push cut test, not even my CRK insingo or and Military I have. Some people eyes pop open how easy they feel that cut est is with the Izula convex edge.
Soon I'll put that same edge on the Tops little Bowie and i'll have a hard time reaching for anything.
