A fat SAK is all I really need. Luckily I got into a trade where I cut stuff constantly and a quick deploying one hand opener/closer is a good thing.

Later edit: Y'know, if it was legal here I suspect a balisong would be a potential favorite. Looks like the most utilitarian setup for my needs.
