What's your preferred tool combo for the wilderness?

As the title implies, I'm curious as to what combinations people carry into their native environments, or when they head to different locations. Do you carry two blades, or three? An axe, shovel, or machete? I'd also like to hear what people would prefer to carry if given a choice, whether or not they actually own the items.

I myself carry a SAK Huntsman/Izula II/Junglas, but I'm considering grabbing a GB axe and a BK16 or Bark River to see how that plays out. I was recently sold on the SAK as more of an outdoors small knife, but keep a Leatherman for maintenance work. Sometimes I bring along a CS kukri machete in place of the Junglas simply because I like the heft of all. All my larger knives have been stripped and re-profiled.

a BK2 & BK11, a Leatherman super tool, a Condor El Salvador machete, and a Buck camp axe.

Victorinox Fieldmaster SAK, Becker BK-11, Fallkniven F1 with Bark River handles, Becker BK-9 and Bahco Laplander saw. I don't have a decent camp axe yet so need to look into that one.

Here in New England I carry a Wetterlings 10",Fallkniven F1, and (not shown)a Victorinox Hiker in my pocket.

My 'Nessmuk trio' is a Gransfors Bruks Small Forest Axe, a Fallkniven S1, and a BM 556 Mini-Grip. Perfect for my environment.

I prefer a Chain Saw, a 10,000 pound Excavator, a tracked forwarder with a 1 yard bed and a maul :D And an f350 to carry it all.
But that's just me

When I'm walking I'll carry my master hunter, a fiskars folding saw and wetterlings hunters axe. I'll also generally have a leatherman and a one hand folder just because I always do.

In Hawaii I carry a small machete and a good fixed blade of medium size. The knife does not have to be fancy, I sometimes even carry a Buck Woodsman 102 in place of my more expensive knives. The 102 works well enough that I don't mind using it and it's cheap enough that I don't mind using it up. Carry some equipment to sharpen both blades, like a med and fine diamond hone. Make sure you have some method of fire starting(I use a Bic!).

One of several Choppers (2 Culbersons, Koyote Bushbeater, ESEE Junglas, several Condors) a SAK Farmer, and a small fixed blade such as the Izula. Possibly Candiru once I get one.

I've got a hard debate going on with myself about whether to get an F1 over a BK16 or Bark River.

How does Wetterlings stack up to Gransfor Bruks? I know they are essentially the same thing with different price points.

I have the F1, love everything Becker, and have just got a Bark River Bravo 1. You won't go wrong with any of them.
