I'm glad I've joined this community. This is the design I made with laser cut. I need some tips on finishing it. It's length is 12.2 inch/310 millimeters and the blade's thickness is 0.275 inch/7 millimeters. what's you suggestion on making it's handle and the blade. Thank you!

What kind of tools/equipment do you have?
You could use hand files to shape the blade and form the bevels. What kind of steel is it? It may need a professional heat treat. Then, take your pick of literally thousands of different materials to make a slab style pinned handle. Or....??
You also might get some good ideas by posting this in the knifemakers subforum here:

Thanks man. I appreciate it. Happy to hear that I can do it with a file. I've got a file, an angle grinder, clamps (many), drill... . It's Leaf Spring. I just Flattened it with some heat and then laser cut. It's my first DIY knife and I think a wooden handle is good enough for it. I also have a lot of walnut woods to use for it.:thumbsup::thumbsup:
