Well, I spent the afternoon sharpening up a couple of my khuks! I've got a nice edge on both my new sirupati and my WWII. Pulled the EdgePro Apex out and took them both threw it. They sharpened up fine, recurve and all. I'll wait till tomorrow to work on the chiruwa ak. I was working on it's scabbard for a while. These are infectious!

Hank I'm retired albeit medically and every day is a day off.
And I do any dayumed thing I want to.:p:D
Just TZN, sorta.

But most days I'm parked in front of this machine as it's just too dayumed hot to be outside for me, but the weather is starting to cool down finally.
It's gonna be good to be able to get back out in the woods and fields and maybe even get some fishing and hunting in this year.
But gotta recuperate from the hot summer and try to get back into a little better shape before we trapes to far off the beaten path. The nice thing is that what most people call wilderness isn't but a few minutes away, just not deep wilderness.:(
Except that going to downtown Tulsa is for me going to true wilderness.
If I was able I would live at 40 Plum, 40 miles from town and plum out in the sticks.:

Hi Hank,

I usually spend my days off with my wife and daughter. I work out of the house but don't see them much even so. If I'm not out in the field taking pictures, I'm holed up in the office working (or sometimes on HI forum;) ). Sometimes I head to the shooting range when fall comes around:) Occasionally I'll pick up a didj or a flute and spend some time outside alone. That's about it!
