Well, now that Nick seems to have (somewhat) escaped from Internet Hell, I guess it's time to post a new image of this Integral fighter - ladder pattern blade, Curly Koa handle

I was fortunate enough to spend some time with Coop recently ( although I wasn't able to make it the same day as Peter, sadly) and I am once again very impressed by what it takes to make an image like this !

As we all know, there is nothing like holding a knife like this in your hands to appreciate the Damascus pattern, handle shape and material and the balance of the knife. Trying to capture even a portion of that on camera requires alot of WORK!
Lighting, composition, background.....well, it looks easy in the final print, huh ? :D

Kudos to Nick on this spectacular piece, which is just unbelievable light and fast in the hand...and to Coop for capturing it like this :thumbup:

Bill

Oh, I will try to get the correct link to a bigger image:p

Here you go, beautiful knife

Nothing goes better with tight ladder damascus than tight curly Koa. Sweet!

Smokin' Nick! Nailed it so elegantly. Near perfection as I see it..... Great capture Coop!

Thanks for the kind words everyone! :)

And thank you so much for having Coop work his magic on your knife Bill!!!

It's absolutely amazing how he can capture all the details and the overall knife in such a slick photo. Mad skillz!

Thank you!!! :)
