Well I impulse stopped by at bass pro shop to pick me up a buck 55...
And I was shocked that it retailed for only $5 less than a new buck 110
And I sat there for a good 20 minutes before saying ...nope

But I DID walk out with a brand new buck 112 slim for just slightly more than half the price of that 55.
So there is that

Who'd have thunk it, in all my years and all my years of collecting knives I have never owned a buck 110 or 112

Until today

Congrats on your new blade. Now look up your local chapter of Buck Anon... You cant have just one,,, o_O

I don’t know why you were surprised at the price of the 55?

It uses a little less material but involves all the same manufacturing processes as the 110.

Really the 110 is the bargain, they make so many they can sell them cheaper.

Kind of the same with the 112, it always seemed strange it cost as much or a little more than the 110.
