When are you stocking up for Holiday orders?

Hey Guys, I was wondering when you will really start stocking up for holiday orders to come in, or if you already have. I was thinknig of doing a black Friday sale, but I dont know if that would come too late for you guys.

A UK knife website had 10% off yesterday (Wednesday), they mentioned black friday in the header, added a few knives to my basket but dont get paid till friday, the prices are back to normal today (Thursday), black friday is tomorrow what are they playing at.

That is the Norm for the Big Stores but seems that many are jumping the gun to promote early "Black Friday" specials on now!

In a weeks time, Amazon UK, Is running Black Friday Sales today.

EDIT: It looks like all sale items are Dispatched and sold by Amazon, So no third party sellers.

Bout August Ben. Every year I try to have all Christmas orders and In Stock knives done by the first so we can got to the NFR in Vegas first couple of weeks of Dec. Haven't made it in 13 years.
