When did Case stop the "Long Pull" on their Stockman?

I have noticed that many "Circle C" era Case knives including the Stockman pattern have a long pull and I have seen the long pull and short nail nick in knives of the "XX" era. Was there a cutoff date for the production of Long Pull knives? As far as I know I have never seen a USA Era stockman or Dots Era with the long pull.
Any ideas of when it was discontinued? Thanks.
 
Which stockman? Case made/makes quite a bit of different stockmans.
