WHAT IS MY KNIFE / GADGET / SPATULA / TUNING FORK WORTH ?!?!?!?!
In order to curtail potential abuse of membership privileges associated with the forums, questions regarding valuation of knives and collections are limited to those with a membership level which permits selling on this site. Accordingly, registered and basic members may not start or post in threads with such requests whether with the intent to sell or for informational purposes only. This rule applies throughout the site.
Chris Reeve began his knife making career in Durban, South Africa.
He joined the Knifemakers Guild of South Africa (KGSA) in the early '80's and at that time it was common for members of the KGSA to provide customers with a handwritten card or certificate of authenticity for their knife. (many KGSA members still do this)
Chris did the same and so from his earliest custom knives and One Piece Knives in the early '80's a COA hand signed by him was always provided. This was long before the Sebenza.
This is the 19th production Regular Sebenza made, and the earliest UG Regular that I'm aware of. There's probably one or 2 more with lower numbers, but I don't remember seeing them.
