When did the 4.7 pre-order close?

Not sure when but if your looking to get one sign up for the S! News letter and stay current on the Monday sales would be the best way to aquire one.

Thanks:thumbup:. I am already signed up for the news letter and am just trying to get an idea of how long its been since the pre-order closed since they are shipping now.
 
If you are looking to gauge how long it will take to get a knife if you pre-order one of the knives still open for pre-order today, I'm not sure if this is a good indicator.. much has changed since those first preorders were made.
 
A bit of searching through old posts provided this information:
The GSO 4.7 went into production in June of 2015 and that closed regular order taking.
A presale was offered in December of 2015.
Monday sales began in February of 2016 when the knives started shipping.
