When do you know you have a problem??

I just ordered a specwar-B black combo edge blade.
and a cqc-13 black plain edge blade.

on top of the cqc-7A bead blasted serrated, and the cqc-7B waved satin serrated earlier this month, and the combat karambit satin last month.

I charged them all, this could be a problem :confused:

I am thinking of a persian next :D I will get pics up when I get them.

But seriously...as long as you can afford them all...you might as well have the best cutlery toys around. I just purchased a Commander and a CQC8 at the same time, and I don't feel the least bit bad about it. I am also thinking about a Persian in the near future (payday maybe). Let me know what you think about it when you get one.

BTW...how do you like the karambit? They just look SICK! Should I lay down the cash to get one...what do you think about their performance...I have never been able to handle one as no one has any. Should I or Shouldn't I?
 
I have the same disease. I have purchased a Mini-CQC-7B, Mini-Commander and a CQC-12 - all with the last month. Now I want an HD-7.

I have a couple of Chris Reeve folders (small sebbie and a snakewood Mnandi) plus a number of Spydies and Benchmades but my favorites are the Emersons.

I love the karambit, I pull it out of my pocket and have mastered the wave feature. I have left the pocket clip where it is and pull it out of my right pocket with my pinkie though the hole and my left pocket with my index finger through the hole. I even wave open it while taking it from my back pockets (not clipped) as if I was reaching for my wallet. I've clipped it to my belt, and wave open it that way, and even opened it out of the belt loop itself (a little dangerous) I have wave opened it from the inside pocket of my jacket, and I have wave opened it out of my boot. I bought it for self defense. LUCKILY, I have only been using it to play around with and open my mail :)

..as far as should I or shouldn't I, you will have to decide. I don't have to explain to you about the quality of this knife.
 
if ya want a persian ya should look for a emerson collectors assoc. P-Tac they have hand ground zero bevel grind blades, pretty cool, only con is they are hard to find now and kinda pricey (~$400-$450 or so) but they beat a std P-Tac all to heck imho. i got one a couple yrs back for ~$200 which was a steal.
 
Thanks everybody...I think I will go with the Karambit first as a backup to my Commander. I'll have to think about the Persian for awhile...it sure looks SICK though! I also want the all titanium HD-7!:D

what I am going to do is save my money before I buy any new knives and NOT charge them.

***edit*** well that didn;t work!! hahahah
