  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

all I had was a Boker Tree Brand 2 blade slipjoint Barlow.

And I was happy! :o

I hear ya brother.. I'm moving more towards traditionals myself. With age comes an appreciation of classic lines and the understanding that everything doesn't have to happen in a split second. I'm welcoming the change.

While I agree with the one-knife thing, I beleive that It doesnt have to be a traditional.
I think having one knife that is strong and built with good materials is all we need.
I usually stick with one knife for a long time, and I usually only buy another knife when the money allows. I dont generally save up for it either. It just happens.

At my age I'm lucky if things happen in a split hour.

To the OP, that pretty much goes for anything. In our younger days we were happy with a rotary phone, too.
