**When is the CRKT M16 CARBON FIBRE AUS-118 coming out?**

When is the CRKT M16 carbon fiber, full size going to be available?

Why is it $174.99? Is AUS-118 better than ATS34/154 CM?

Will a plain edge version be available?

Talked with CRK&T this week. They said that they should be getting them in a couple of weeks.
 
I got a reply at CRKT and they told me this:

They are starting to ship now in limited quantity and once we fulfill
our backorders we should be shipping on a regular basis. The steels are outlined on our page, and is not really a matter of one being better.
Each has different elements that make up the stainless steel. It's a matter of preference. At this time there is not going to be a plain edge in the style.
 
Wow... Gonna need to look hard for one of these... I have owned my M16-13 for about a year, and have simply loved it, it's become an "everyday ttol' for me...

Has started to dull though, and is time to get a fresh edge on it.
 
The partial serrations suck. I prefer plain edge but I will probably buy one of these if I can find a good price on one.
