Hello Busse family. Seems I am having to call upon you all once again...
My sister-in-law had an irregular pap test (not her first) and is having a procedure on Tuesday. Please pray that nothing serious is found, and she will require no further treatment.
Now the biggie! My daddy is not doing well. He had a successful hip replacement on Tuesday, but then developed pneumonia. He is having lots of trouble with pain. He has degenerative disc disease, so laying in the hospital bed 23 hours a day is really tough on him. His blood counts dropped low so he had to get 4 units of blood. His blood type (A+, I think) is shared by only 3% of the population, so if he requires more, I hope they can get it. I talked to him on the phone for 45 minutes earlier, and when we hung up, I just cried.
Even though Mom is there with him, and 2 of my brothers have been able to visit, daddy just seems so down. What makes it SO hard for me is, because of my chemo and my counts being down -- I can't travel the 2+ hours by car and visit the hospital. There's just too big a chance for me to pick up something. I just want to see and hug my daddy. I'm crying again typing this... Sorry all....
Finally, Chuck (G19G26), is in bed sick, and supposed to work tomorrow.
I have been praying for each of them this evening, but definitely now, the more prayers sent...... the better. I wholly believe in the power of prayer. I know the Lord hears and answers our prayers. I just feel my faith pot is a little low right now. Thanks so much to each and everyone of you for your prayers & support.
