I have looked at a salt many time. Always the serrated variety due to the edge retention improvements over the plain edge. Plus, a fully serrated knife can cut stuff pretty well!

Hey Raymond, h1 is great! Get one! Don't be afraid to look at the plain edge too. Yes, it dulls quickly, but it sharpens so easy it's a joke! Mine are always razor sharp or 20 seconds away from razor sharp! Seriously! Easiest steel i have ever sharpened and takes a wicked edge. Just hit it a few licks on a diamond stone. It will make you feel like a pro!
