I sent in an endura for repairs at the end of december with a note and I have not heard anything from them since. It needed a broken tip repaired. How long should I wait before trying to find out the status? I am in no hurry to get it back but just want to make sure it doesnt get "lost".

The last I heard, turn around time was running six to eight weeks, partly because of the blizzards and partly because of personnel changes. It probably wouldn't annoy them too much if you sent an e-mail asking for confirmation that it got there.
