When the custom shop reopens, I have 3 basic 8's I need. Can't wait! :thumbup:

Anyone else putting a list together?

And every CG INFI blade i can afford to send, to get it Satin lol
I have a feeling as soon as they open, they'll get backed up and close again.

I didn't realize they would take a knife from CG to Satin... that would also open up some options. I had NMFSH i wanted a handle swap on, but have since traded it.

I think that threads like this may scare them into never opening it up. I think when it does open up everyone should be able to get one thing changed. I fear that the selfish hogs will flood it as soon as it opens, causing its immediate backing up, again....

I just want to get the call from them about some .41"material coming in...

Could the custom shop make an GW and AD without the choil?

Those two knives are so close to perfect edc/utility knives for me, but the choils literally make them unusable for me. Every time I try to loves those knives the choils hang up on a what I'm cutting/skinning and just generally annoy me.

I've held out hope for years they'd remove the choil from those two models, so I'd happily pay the custom shop if they could do it, but I assume the choils are cut into the blanks?
