So I bought a knife for $30. Noticed two small problems so I sent it back to the manufacturer. Were the problems serious?
I don't know, I'll trust what the company decides.
However it occurs to me that I payed for the knife, payed for shipping twice, been without its use for a couple of weeks, probably will be a couple of more. I'm now figuring I shouldn't have bothered or cared because the hassle price is approaching it's utility/play value.
At what price point do you write off problems as not worth your time hassling with? $30? $50?
However, I would like to say the company has been exceptional in its customer service so far, I have no complaints really, except that their QC could have been a little tighter.
