At work I had this big wooden box with the lid nailed onto it, I chickened out using my xm18 to open it, I had received the knife two days before, couldn't, I just couldn't. used two huge screwdrivers as pry bars. I'm sure the xm would have done the job, but only two days old I just couldn't, not just yet, maybe in a couple of months...
how about you?

I quit cutting the larger zip ties with my knives if at all possible. Sharp little side cutters are better suited for it. ;)

I usually skip the thick zip ties and large plastic banding because I have to fix the edge usually after cutting them. I also get some flack for not letting anyone borrow my knives. Everyone thinks they are pry bars.

This guy from work, asked if I had my knife. I said yes. Doh!! He said "let me use it I'll give it to you in a bit." So I handed over my precious Strider Dgg Sng to him. He started cutting and slicing and I knew he would scratch the finish so after 5 min. I gave him my $50 Benchmade instead, and he told me that the SNG was awesome! "how much did it cost?" I said "you don't wanna know..."
