When was the last time you cut yourself ?

before that was the previous week with my Benchmade 710 HSSR M-2 steel

But the day's still young

I sliced my hand with my Sebenza. I should have taken my Brass Knuckles off before cutting with it, I may not have cut myself, then

Just now. Ran my Buck 709 penknife through a plum an into my left palm. Not bad and not too much blood. Typing this with one hand and laughing at what a knucklehead I am.

August 22nd...

just got my spydie SS Dragonfly, and it was still tight(only 2 days). Closing it, and got distracted my a co-worker. Jabbed my left thumb as I grabbed something for them. Only a small jab, no blood... but it hurt like a bitch.

Last month. I had just sharpend my Uncle Henry trapper, was closing the main blade while trying to talk to my wife, and somehow got the first joint of my thumb between the blade and the body. The worst part was the only bandaids we had in the house were "One Hundred and One Dalmations" bandaids.

I was 7. Thought I would have some fun with the pizza box and a steak knife. Well that was my first time in the emergency room also. A nice stab wound into my left knee. Thank God for corduroys! The doc told my mom if I would of had plain ol' denim on instead I would have stabbed clear through my leg! And so began my great loveafair with knives!

Last night while stropping my brand new custom necker. Small cuts are fairly common, never needed stitches yet though.

Hey Sal! I think I've got a lawsuit. I sliced my left index finger with one of your "overly sharp" Militaries day-before-yesterday. Now, if that woman can get millions from McDonald's.....

Last Saturday evening I was lubing my CRKT Navajo before going out with my lovely wife. I wasn't paying attention, my finger slipped and almost 1/4" of the blade disappeared into my fingertip. Right at that moment my wife was getting ready to get into the car so I frantically tried to stop the bleeding out of fear of being called an incredible idiot. I then just kept applying bandaids until the bleeding stopped. Took about 5 or 6 days to stop oozing. It's kind of healed open so I guess that a stitch or two would have been a thought. Alright, I'm an idiot.

June 5th. Right index and middle finger. Severed the flexor tendon, nerve and artery in the index finger. Severed the nerve and artery in the middle finger. Feeling is slowly coming back. It's mostly pins and needles, but it's improving everyday. Range of motion is getting back to normal as well. The surgeon is pleased I keep my knives so sharp. Made his repair work much easier.
