The normal process is that shipments will start 8-12 weeks after the model is taken off the website.

I would think as long as orders incoming area at a good pace, it will remain up there.

okay, word I got from 'She Who Knows', is 14 to 18 weeks.

luckily I have a Scrapper6 on the way, so that helps
the immediate gratification.

When the knife gets to me isn't something that I care a lot about but I'm thinking about ordering a second one and I want to do that as late as possible so "14-18 weeks" from when?

Jerry posted a note short time ago that would make one believe that they could ship by the end of 2006.

I sent an email today, 20 Oct 2006
and asked,
"Hello,
I just placed an order, any idea on how long it will take for delivery?"

and this is the reply I received,
"Right now we are looking at 14 to 18 weeks for the Battle Mistress.

So, that's all I know.

As to when they stop taking orders, well, that's the chance you take.
