I was thinking it might be nice to have a thread specifically for asking about the expected ship dates for new knives. This way if there is a hot new knife that we are just dying to get our hands on, there will a central place to check and see if we started saving up for it soon enough.
Of course if we expect Thomas (or Tim, or any Kershaw reps.) to answer this type of question, we will have to accept that any answers given should not be assumed to be set in stone. Kershaw is after all in business to make a profit, and production needs to be dynamic to meet the changing conditions of the market. (I'm sure we knife fanatics do a great deal to motivate Kershaw to push the envelope, but we probably don't do a whole lot for the bottom line)
So Thomas, what do you think? Would this be a sticky worthy topic? Or should I just let it fade away?
