When will the regular G10 Manix 2 have the same milled liners as the sprints?

Is it a price thing? It just seems that it would make sense that the regular G10 S30V Manix 2's would have the same milled liners as the S110V or the other models. Why make the S30V model the heaviest?

My wife's s110v blurple Manix has milled liners and she's had it for about a year. I haven't had a s30v one in so long, I can't remember if mine was milled or solid linersl

Good question. My S30V Manix2 def has full stainless liners. Could be a cost thing as was mentioned.

And my S110V blurple Manix2 does indeed have milled liners. Same with the S90V composite w/ CF handle scales.

I don't have a standard S30V Manix but the S110V has the milled liners. I'm assuming since the S110V model has the milled liners and it's a standard production model that moving forward all G10 Manix 2's will have the milled liners. If you recently picked up that S30V Manix it's possible it was older stock.

Im guessing its cost of production. If thats the case, Im fine with it. The manix 2 is priced so perfectly, why mess with it.

Can’t be the case since this has been going on for more than 2 years.

I can’t imagine it costing more than $10 per knife. That would be a more than fair upgrade/price.

I use my for hunting and don't like all the nooks and crannys that can give dried blood, hair, or fat, places to hide, IMHO the less holes the better. And for hard use knives some weight makes them easier to use for long periods of time. I hit it with the garden hose and back in the pocket it goes.

Something I never gave any thought to. I definitely see it as a plus in your case. ;)
