when will the Spyderco Nilakka be released, and what will it cost.

this is the only knife I know I'll have to buy.

Spyderco does not give specific release dates. Things happen that can potentially delay production and delivery, and some folks are known to have hissy fits and they raise all sorts of heck everywhere. My best guess is that it will be available when you see it in stock at your favorite online store. ;)
 
Have to admit. Looks like a great utilitarian folder. I could see me getting one of these before the flipper (if they were to come out at the same time)
