When will the zt 0620 be available

Hey I am new to the forum. I joined to aid in my search of a zt 0770. Unfortunately I think my search has only yielded a new addiction for knifes. Any how I am pretty excited about the zt 0620. I preordered one but was wondering if anyone could tell me of the time frame of when they will be actually shipping? It will be my first zt knife so I have no experience with the company
 
ZT doesn't release any time frame for actual knife release dates, they stopped even trying awhile back.

I'd estimate a good year based on other knife release times.
 
Hopefully a while, I need to save up for the rest of my pre-order at BHQ. I need to stop buying more knives so I'll be able to get another XD
 
Based on last year's SHOT debuts, expect 5-9 months for regular productions. The high end boutiques have been the only ones that take a year+ to come out.
 
One reputable dealer expects them 2nd quarter of 2014. I hope we see a version with a Bowie blade shape

They get a heads up when the knives ship to the wholesalers or when the wholesalers receive them. Everything else is a WAG.
 
Sorry to bring back an old thread, but I've never ordered a limited edition ZT, what is the best way to ensure that you get ahold of a limited edition ZT knife?

I've read about people having pre-orders cancelled on them and other shenanigans, and I need to get a ZT 0620CF.

Most of the time from what I've been told by the dealers, they don't know they got a shipment of new knives until it's on their doorstep.
 
I talked to the guys at the Kershaw booth at G6, the said they expect to be shipping the G10 and CF models next quarter to dealers. Take that with a grain of salt, but it's what I was told.

Definitely take it with a grain of salt. I'm sure you'll know the minute that its available. People will post that they were able to order one. Since its a regular production knife, plenty will be available...
 
Thanks guys, both for the links where this was hashed out, and for verifying that it is regular production.

I absolutely love my Emersons, but M390 steel, titanium framelock, phosphor bronze washers, and ZT fit and finish on a similar design should be great!
