When's the BK-11 Coming Out?

Trust me, if I knew a good date, I'd be telling everybody! we have finished knives, but we are finalizing some issues with the kydex sheath. Its looking good, but not quite where we want it yet. Believe me, I'l be shouting from the treetops when I have better info on shipping dates! Here's a pic of a production knife and the latest version of the sheath[we are just tweaking the retention level of the sheath].....

As badly as I want one (or more :D ) of these, I have to applaud Camillus for waiting until everything is right before they are released.

The BK-11 is on my shortlist of knives to get.
 
Maybe if I order another one, it'll come faster... no that won't work. Let's see... how 'bout I bribe Will... nope, gotta save $$$ for the Fall KCR Machine Gun Shoot. Let's see.... about I just put my pants back on and be patient..... naw, that's never worked in the past......

Hmmm...I was thinking that it might have an 11 inch blade. I guess I can always dream:D
 
Hmmm...a "Becker necker", that looks like something to keep an eye out for.

Hey Guys,

Just saw this knife listed in the 1SKS store- I take it from this thread that it's not out for sale yet, is this correct? So what is the tentative release date? Also, what is the notch for at the pommel, besides looking cool? (Which is a good reason, in itself).

Might be a bottle opener or a wire breaker.....don't know for sure I'm just guessing.

as far as I know there is no tentative release date. I am watching this thread anxiously waiting for someone to say it is shipping. I do not own a becker yet but my bk-9 is on order with 1SKS, it will ship as soon as they get more of their kershaw fire steels in. As soon as the BK-11 is released I will have one on order as well. It looks like the perfect small knife: good steel, no handle material to get blood and guts stuck in, great price, no glare finish and of course, its a becker, which gets really good reviews from every outdoor expert in the world.
 
As Will metioned, the sheaths are being "tweaked". Don't want to ruin Will's fun but I think it's going to be very soon. As early as next week.....maybe!;)
 
Could any one tell me the blade lenght of this baby?

Was looking for a nice neck knife...since its not ready ill just have to wait:D
 
I think I'm gonna have to pick up a Bk-11 too. Need something that size. Love my 10. Not impressed with this diamond buck...grip is too slippery...becker feels more solid. Can't wait for it to come out.
