I went looking to buy a small or large Sebenza or a Umnumzaan today and can't find one in stock anywhere. What is going on with the CRK supply?

It is a company of 25 personal. They are backlogged. You can email and order directly from them as well.

They're around, some are graphic enhanced models, some have inlays, but there are plain Sebenza's around too...
PM's sent.

Thanks, I appreciate the offer! Luckily I have a left handed Umnumzaan and large Sebenza. I'm good for CRK's...for now, lol.

They are around. You should have seen it a couple months ago when none of the dealers seemed to have anything at all with a Chris Reeve name on it. CRK is a small company with like 25 people and the backlog is huge. Their knives are so popular that its almost as if a dealers get One in stock, they could just have easily sold Two at that same instant. Lets pray it never gets like Hinderer.......!!!

If people like you would stop wanting them, there would be more for the rest of us to get one =)

But isn't the search half the fun?

Yea the economy isn't all that great, but people with money will still buy highly collectible instead of stocks. I'm addicted to knives, will probably have to sell a few off soon... But there are some deals you pass but others you just can't let go by... =)

I hear ya. I am not rich by any means. When I was working, I was working 7 days a week, so I had extra $$ from all the overtime. Its like feast or famine because being laid off at the moment, I don't have that luxury. I am a CRK knife nut ( incase you didn't notice ) and have had to pass on some that, to put it simply....Blows. I have sold a few, thats the only way I was able to get my Large P Sebenza when it came up. Like everyone, I buy what I like at the time and sell it down the road as wants change. But some I would never part with. Some you buy on a whim or an impulse buy, you get it and then awhile later, your like, I would rather sell this as I just don't see me carrying it and buy one I really do want.

Happy CRKing....!!!

----EMAIL would be better-----:) PM's almost gone.

I was actually looking for just plain jane large and small 21s. I was able to order a large last night. Thanks for the help guys.

I've been waiting for my StarTac Umnumzaan for some time now. What's truly frustrating is that WilsonCombat doesn't know when to expect delivery and Chris Reeve Knives flat-out refuses to disclose any information on their expected shipping dates. Paying customers should at least be forwarded the curtsey of a tentative delivery date upon request.

Tentative dates can always be revised but leaving customers in the dark is never a good business strategy.
