Where are the current 3V Master Hunters made?

I just received one from online seller and it's made it Taiwan with a super thick edge, and thick spine.
The one I was expecting was the made in Italy 3V with the strong distal taper (and thinner edge.)

Is mine old stock? Or current production?

It looks like they may have changed their 3V master hunters to Taiwan production with the thick spine. There was another thread where someone got one like yours recently.

Thanks ... that sucks. They kept the same product code 36CB which is the disappointing part as the Taiwan version is massively different to the Italy version.

My Taiwan made CPM-3V version is quite thin, with a distal taper.

It's thinner than my San-Mai versions.

Strange.
