I just watched the video. Very impressive. Got it at SMKW. Where are the Cold Steel knives made? Are they made is the US?
 
Which knife do you mean? They are manufactured all over the world. San Mai III steel knives are made in Japan. A lot of others, in Taiwan. Some in India, Africa.
 
I do not think there have been any US made cold steels since around 2005/6 when Camillus folded. If that is what you are asking.
 
It depends on the product.
We primarily use steels from Japan, America and Germany - depending on the knife in question and it's intended function

In many cases the knives use materials from several different countries
Our Recon series for example uses American steel and handle materials, but it is assembled in Taiwan.

In our current line up we have a huge amount of USA materials but only two knives are 100% made in the USA. The 4-MAX and the limited edition Ranch Boss
