Where can I buy curly ash tomahawk hafts?

Just wondering if anyone on the forum uses curly ash hafts on their tomahawks and if so, where can I get a couple? Also, are the curly ash hafts stronger than the curly maple? Thank for any and all input!....Mark

Thanks I'll have to check them out! I know they sell on ebay but I didn't see any curly ash handles posted on there last time I looked.

I think I got some from Rade Hawkins a few years ago, he has a knife making supply business.

Yeah but I didnt see curly ash for sale there either. I took Legion 12's advice and looked up Dunlap Woodcrafts website and they do carry them, I just need to call them for availability and pricing according to the different grades they might have in stock. Hopefully by the end of the week or beginning of the next I'll have a pair of curly ash hafts on the way!
