If you Google "Gransfors bruks small hatchet" you will find lots of options that fit your budget. I am a Gransfors junkie so I understand wanting one but if your budget is tight you should also consider looking into the Husqvarna line of axes....you will get great quality for half the price.
Are you wanting a wildlife hatchet or a mini? because I believe the one you linked to was the mini..
I own the GB scandi, SFA, wildlife and mini. I believe of those, I probably use the wildlife the most now (in conjunction with a 3 lb Jersey or 4lb Connecticut). Realistically the GB's flat profiles don't lend themselves to chopping more than 6" thick pines or similarly light wood. It does however make them excel at carving and finer tasks, and I believe the SFA or wildlife offer the best lengths for camp chores and fine carving work. Best to leave the heavier work for a more traditional mid-full sized axe with a high centerline. The mini is nifty, but a similarly sized/weighted knife could accomplish the same while offering more versatility. We also have the scandi which should fit the boy's axe do-it-all role, but does a poor job of handing the heavier tasks because of the flat profile.
As for a place to purchase them, 3 out of 4 of mine came from Wisementrading. I believe they pricematch any online price and also offer free shipping on gransfors products. They also went out of their way to hand select 2 of my GBs. That's enough to earn my support
The mini is shipped irregularly from GB, keep watching places like Grand Forest, Ben's Backwoods, and Ebay.
I have one & quite like it, worth looking for, but you may have to go over $100 on it.
