Where can I find a large and small Inoski that both have the ceramic ball?

They all have the ceramic ball, maybe you mean with the groove? You will have to call dealers and have them check the item on had and check for it before sending. Small should be no problem, large was not sent out in mass quantities before the change...

As Driften said, you'll need to call dealers and ask them to check for a small that has the groove. For the large, you'll need to find one on the exchange / secondary market. There was only one run of them, and they were only sold at Blade Show 2016, and by very few dealers in limited quantity afterward.
 
And maybe post a "wanted" thread in the exchange wtb forum, I've seen a few sold around here

After checking with the dealers and posting an ad as mentioned above, I would add what you are looking for in your signature line and keep an eye on the CRK exchange.
