I'd love to find a scandi blank to handle but I don't know where to look to get something good. You know, like a custom from one of the guys here. I would really like something bushcraft like. Please let me know if there is someone I could get one from.....

check and see if Koster has any scandi BOB knife blanks currently for sale?

I've got a Koster scandi and absolutely love it!

Another guy to check out (I have no experience with any of his knives but he's pretty highly recommended on BCUSA) is Bernie Garland...

Then again, I think just about any maker around here could set you up just fine!

If youre looking at production blanks then I'd suggest an enzo trapper (check out bens backwoods) otherwise maybe go through the gallery and find a maker who's work you consistently like and ask them... You might want to do some searching over at bushcraftusa.com... Oh, turley knives would be another maker to check out. Lots of scandi options out there.

Thanks for the tips gentlemen. I'm still currently looking around for a woodlore or bushcraft style blank. I'd like to get something more along the custom line than production. If you have any more suggestions, please let me know. Some of the makers that I have contacted don't sell blanks, which I can understand.
