Where can I find knife services?

First, I'm not interested in a DIY how-to. I'm relatively unskilled, have few tools,and my job doesn't leave time for hobby projects.

I'm not a knife collector I'm a user. I've settled on some carry knives I really like and would like to personalize them but not turn them into an expensive attempt at a custom.

Where can get aluminum and titanium knife parts anodized or powder coated at a reasonable price?

Where can I get replacement scales for production knives?

Projects would be:

Anodize Buck-Mayo Ti frame

Anodize Emerson Ti liners

Anodize aluminum handles from a SWAT Tiger bali

Remove finish from MT Amphibian scales and anodize or powder coat

New G-10 scales for Emerson CQC-8 production in color other than black
