Where can I find the elusive FFG ZDP-189 Delica 4?

What is the deal with this knife? I've seen FFG ZDP Delica 4's on the B/S/T but i'm always too late to snag one and I haven't been able to find one from dealers. This is currently my most wanted knife as I love the D4 and have been a big fan of ZDP-189 being a CF Caly 3 owner. Anyone know where I can find one of these?
