About a year ago I picked up a really useful little LED lantern made by Eveready. Got it at Walmart. It was a sort of "clamshell" configuration with batteries on one side and LED's on the other, a bit smaller than a deck of cards. Ran on 4 AA cells and had 2 settings. Would run for ever on a set of batteries too.
Anyway, when it stopped working I returned it to Eveready - it had a lifetime warranty. Instead of a replacement, they sent me a store coupon for a replacemet.
Now my only problem is finding a store that carries it!
Tried 3 Walmarts with no success.
No local (New York City) stores carry it.
Anyone know the lantern I am talking about and have a source - hopefully in or near NYC since I'm a City Guy w/o a car........
