I had a small heat controller on one of my wax injectors die some weeks ago and found that the places I bought them from no longer handle them. BUT they now have some nice digital controllers (at about 20 times the cost of the old controllers) that should work.
My machine runs at about 120F and the old controllers were just a simple thing with a 0-300F dial on the front and I used them as a trigger for a relay.
I have tried "Well immersion controlls" from Graingers which usually work very well but I have gotten 3 in a row that were defective ( not Graingers fault) and with a 120 mile drive to replace a controller this is getting old.
Any one have a link to a site that has small, non comlicated controllers ???
HEY thanks
