where can i get a 707 with M390?

i know its not probable, but i want a 707 and preferably in the m390 variant because i really like the blue in the handle and i want to try the steel, although i dont have much experience with bm 154cm, how does it compare to s30v? in terms of edge retention and things like that

For me the edge retention difference between 154cm and s30v hasn't been that big. I actually slightly prefer 154cm as it holds an edge well is easy to keep sharp.

I really like Benchmade's 154cm. Can't go wrong with the regular 707
 
Benchmades 154cm is a dream to sharpen. all the benchmades I own are 154cm. Though s30v will give you longer edge retention but a bit more work on the stones.
 
I liked mine so much with the m390 I bought a spare before they sold out. I figured they wouldn't be made again or if so, not for some time. This was about the time BM announced 1,000 piece limited edition orders. Maybe MSS will do another run, but it's unlikely since the serrated versions didn't move very well. If they did I may even pick up a third. We can only hope another vendor decides to do a m390 or S90v 707 variant. I wouldn't definitely partake in that.
 
I have one. I love it. They only made 50 of the black blade, non serrated versions. I got #32.

Just pick up the production version. It is a killer little knife. Don't pass up on this model due to blade steel. It's a must have in my opinion. I love my m390 version but sometimes I think I was crazy to pay double the price for m390 and a blue handle. Benchmade limited edition knives are often overpriced in my opinon, and the secondary market price is less than retail.
 
Hmm I was thinking the production version would go just fine, considering benchmade does a good job on their 154cm, I kinda wish they offered it in D2 like the 710

There is a D2 LE, but it's quite a bit older than the M390 LE. Came with green aluminium scales. They show up once in a blue moon in the F/S forum here. Benchmade also runs a F/S subforum on their factory forum. I'd suggest you post want ads on BF and on the factory forum as well.
 
How many of the M390 Sequels were originally available ? They were from Matt's Shooting Supplies , right ?
